What does "gallery wrap" mean? I am looking for art on canvas that I can frame. How thick is the canvas? Also what is your return policy?

The gallery wrap is referring to an image printed on canvas wrapped around the frame. You can frame the canvas gallery wraps as well. You can scroll through the frame options on the site. Dimensions
I recently bought a groupon for a 18"x23" custom photo aluminum print, but I see on your site that the Aluminum prints are 19x24. I do not want to have a white frame around the image I am using. What dimensions does the photo need to be, so that it is just the image with no white frame?

When ordering there is a notes section, please write in that section that you want a full bleed of the image and non of the aluminum or white space showing at all.

Are the Aluminum prints suitable for hanging in a bathroom (damp environment)?

What is your policy on submitted images with copyrights?
When submitting an image for aluminum printing, is there any parameters in regards to copyrighted images?

There is a box to check on the upload form for custom images that says you own the rights to the photo. You can also search our image bank for a specific image if you do not have one that you own the rights to.

I have a problem area in a bedroom I'm finishing. There's a utility box measuring 16 x 42 in the corner of a 5 ft wall.
I'd like to find a collection of 2 or 3 long prints, hoping to hang one over this utility box. I like the Subliminal Blue gallery canvas prints by DeRosier, but the largest ones are still only 14 in wide. Can you suggest another collection that I could consider to hide this utility box? Thanks!

This depends on the how far the utility box sticks out? I would recommend searching by “vertical”, the depth of the canvas is only 1.75”. Also, on larger images – there might be a support bar behind the canvas which could also interfere with the utility box. Hope this helps!

Can I get a 40" x 60" Gallery wrap canvas print made?

When you click on "Choose a Size" you can move the custom bar to see the size the image can customized to. If it is not close to the size you want, you can call customer service and see if they can place the custom order for you depending on the image you have selected. 1 800 455 3211

What mounting hardware if any comes with the canvas prints (42 x 42)
I just ordered (4) and was wondering if I will need to purchase hanging hardware.

Your canvas will arrive ready to hang with either a wire or hooks depending on the weight of the canvas. You will need a nail with a hook to hang the canvas onto the wall.
